As teachers and headteachers, we are working harder than ever for less and less reward. Unless you take seriously our concerns about pay and workload, we will continue to see more dedicated teachers leave the profession they love. When will you hear the voice of the profession and take immediate action in the interests of pupils and their teachers? We urge you to work with the profession to deliver a Better Deal for Teachers.
